How to Order on DecoJunction.com


DecoJunction is an online handicraft galore that offers a wide range of high quality, authentic handicrafts in different categories – metal, wood, stone, paper mache, textile and Feng Shui products. We wish to make your shopping experience easy and quick!

All national customers can pay with their credit cards, debit cards or through net banking offered by all leading banks in India. For the convenience of our customers, we also have cash on delivery option for domestic (India) shipments. We also accept all international cards and currencies as well as payment through PayPal.

Be assured that we use a 256-bit encrypted website and any information you enter will be 100 percent safe. Neither do we collect or store any of your information. Enjoy a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience with us!

Step 1

Select the item

The first step is to browse products and then add items to your shopping cart where your products will be saved as you continue shopping. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ button in the product page.

Step 2

Proceed to Payment

Choose all the products you wish to buy and add it to the cart. Proceed to Checkout after you’ve selected all the items.

You can also continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" button if you still wish to add more products.

At Checkout, you have the option for applying any discount codes if applicable.

 Please note that as a launch offer, we offer a special 10 percent discount on all products.

Step 3

Email & Shipping Details

You can create an account with DecoJunction and login with your user ID and password. If you’re shopping for the first time, you can still proceed to checkout and payment as guest. However, you’ll be intimated to create an account at DecoJunction

Enter your complete postal address and other essential contact information. You have the option of choosing same or different addresses for billing and delivery.

Click on Continue button to proceed to checkout.

Step 4

Make Payment

These are the payment modes available:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Cheque
  • Demand Draft
  • Cash on Delivery

Please select either CCavenue or PayPal gateway to pay with Credit/Debit Cards or Net banking via Indian Banks. Note that the same portals can be used by international customers to place orders through Credit/Debit cards.

You also have the option for choosing ‘Cash on Delivery’ before placing order. You can pay the amount in cash after receipt of item.

Click "Place Order Now" and you will be directed to one of the payment gateways. If you selected Cash on Delivery option, your order will be complete after you click "Place Order".

Once you have paid via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, you will be provided a transaction number for the purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation email in your registered mail address from DecoJunction.

We usually dispatch the item within 3 days of order and you will receive it 3 – 4 days after dispatch. We use some of the best courier services in the country and you can track your shipment any time. In the rare event that the item you ordered is not available with us, we’ll make a full refund for the product.

Cancellation

For any reason, if you wish to cancel a product you have ordered, you can do so by sending an email to info@decojunction.com or by calling us at +91 022-25388220 / +91 9820316463.

If the purchase was made using credit card/debit card or net banking, the refund would be initiated within 2 days and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.

Returns and Refund

We check every product carefully for quality and ensure that you receive the best quality product. But in the rare event that you received a defective/damaged product, we would be glad to replace it. We have a ‘7-days return’ policy and these steps need to be taken:

  1. Contact customer support by emailing to customersupport@decojunction.com or call us at +91 9820316463.
  2. Kindly send us photographs of the damaged item to enable quicker processing.

We will process your request within 2 days of complaint. We will either provide a replacement for the same product or a gift voucher for that amount, depending on availability and your preference. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges for returning the damaged item(s).
